Cranberry Sauce Glaze

This is a sweet glaze for roast turkey. This recipe makes about enough glaze for a 10-15 lb turkey. You can adjust the quantities for any size.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup jelled cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup broth (from turkey drippings)
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions
Whisk cranberry sauce to a fine pureé. Incorporate the broth. Add the brown sugar and mix well. Baste turkey with the sauce near end of cooking time, allowing about 3-4 bastings 10 minutes appart.
